Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders can be canceled before they ship. A 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund to cover payment processing and order handling costs.

For pre-order puzzle items, an additional 10% cancellation fee per pre-order item will apply, as these items are ordered specifically based on customer orders.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. Please see our Return Policy for information about returns.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after any applicable cancellation fees have been deducted.

 

Cancellation Example:
If your order includes one in-stock puzzle for $25 and one pre-order puzzle for $25, your order total before tax and shipping charges is $50.

• 5% cancellation fee on the $50 order: $2.50
• Additional 10% fee on the $25 pre-order item: $2.50
• Total cancellation fees: $5.00
• Refund: $45.00, plus any applicable taxes and shipping charges originally paid
