Returns & Missing Pieces
We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. We handle returns and replacements case-by-case.
Missing Pieces: In the rare event that your puzzle is missing pieces, please email us at info@simplepuzdays.com with a picture of your almost-completed puzzle. We will contact our partners to arrange for a replacement of the missing pieces. Missing piece replacement is not guaranteed, but we will do everything we can to help.
Returns: If you find major quality issues with your puzzle, we accept returns within 7 days of receipt of the item. To initiate the return, please email us at info@simplepuzdays.com and include a photo of the defective item.
Please note:
- Returns or exchanges do not apply to missing puzzle pieces.
- The customer is responsible for the costs of the return shipment.
- Returns or exchanges are not accepted for packages damaged during shipping.
- Open Box items and Items purchased on sale or during promotional events are final sales and not eligible for return.
