We handle returns and replacements case-by-case.
Returns: If you find major quality issues with your puzzle, we accept returns within 7 days of receipt of the item. To initiate the return, please email us at info@simplepuzdays.com and include a photo of the defective item.
Missing Pieces: In the rare event that your puzzle is missing pieces, please email us at info@simplepuzdays.com with a picture of your almost-completed puzzle. We will contact our partners to arrange for a replacement of the missing pieces.
