Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders can be canceled before they ship. A 5% cancellation fee based on the total amount paid, including taxes and shipping, will be deducted from your refund to cover payment processing and order handling costs.

For pre-order puzzle items, an additional 10% cancellation fee per item applies based on the item’s pre-tax price, as pre-order items are ordered specifically for customer orders.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. Please see our Return Policy for information about returns.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after any applicable cancellation fees have been deducted.

Example:

For an order with one $25 in-stock puzzle and one $25 pre-order puzzle, plus 10% tax and $10 shipping, the total order amount is $65.

• 5% cancellation fee on the total order amount of $65: $3.25
• Additional 10% fee on the $25 pre-order item: $2.50
• Total cancellation fees: $5.75
• Total refund: $59.25
